Disclosures
- Our disposal center charges additionally for items, such as, appliances, mattresses, Freon items, propane tanks tires and TV or computer monitors, please contact our office for pricing.
- You can not place any hazardous material in our containers, such as but not limited to, motor oil, car batteries, solvents, liquid paints, asbestos or any other combustible material into the containers.
- Mitrano Removal Service LLC will not be responsible for any damage to the surface underneath the container caused by the weight or impact of our containers on a drive-way or in a yard.
- We will not be responsible for the removal of items left outside of or leaning against our container at the time of service/removal.
- We DO expect all areas in front of and surrounding the container to be free of snow or other debris that could inhibit truck access. Snow/debris is to be cleared by the property owner or contractor. If we must remove snow or other debris or our driver has to wait for snow/debris removal there will be an additional charge to the customer for this service/wait time. Please contact our office for fees/charges.
- We DO expect proper use of our containers for recycling debris and trash disposal. We will not allow any illegal usage or medical waste.
- We charge additionally for a container to be moved from one location at the same address to another location at the same address. We do not allow contractors or property owners to move our containers due to potential damage to the container in the moving process. Our drivers are the only personnel insured to move the containers, please contact our office for fees/charges.
- We also charge if we arrive at a location and are unable to deliver based on customer’s inability to prepare the location for the container or they order a container that does not fit, please inquire with our office for fees/charges.
- Containers are not to be loaded higher than wall height/water level. Debris protruding above wall height or from side walls would prevent safe travel for our drivers and other drivers on the roadways.
